Item _mdb_audit.revision_level

Description

         The value of _mdb_audit.revision_level must uniquely identify a 
          record in the MDB_AUDIT list.
          _mdb_audit.revision_level equal to 0 corresponds to the initial 
          version of the data while _mdb_audit.revision_level greater than 0
          corresponds to the subsequent revisions.
